Our company’s goal is to fulfil customer demands in the fitting industry and in laser technology. Due to the continuous development, the company with its more than 35 years of experience has become influential in Hungary. Fittings are available on demand which is manufactured from copper, additionally the firm has extended its scope since 2014 therefore our customers now have the opportunity to request work on laser and on bending machines.

FITTING MANUFACTURING
Our company manufactures fittings for more than 35 years with more than 100 machines.
We apply forging and turning technology and use primarily copper material for our fitting products.
FORGING
Complicated forged products can be manufactured by using die forging technology. Forging is performed via an eccentric mechanical forging press (MECOLPRESS SEO/36). Tolerances for forging are in line with the MSZ 5744 standard.
Forging without burrs is performed via a tool of type Pm whereas forging with burrs is perfomed via a tool of type Ge. The capacity of the forging press is 3600 kN that is suitable for manufacturing an approximately 2kg product.
